What conditions are the devices in?
The product ranges between Grade A, B, & C. Most units will be Grade A & B, however there will be some Grade C units.
How do you Grade your inventory?
Grade A may have light wear and scratches.
Grade B may have some noticeable wear and scratches.
Grade C may have some heavy wear and scratches.
What is the minimum order amount required to place an order?
The minimum order amount is $300.
Do we offer any unlocking services for cell phones?
We do not offer any unlocking services currently for cell phones.
Are any accessories included with the devices?
Batteries and battery covers are included on all phones. Accessories are not included with any products.
Can you reserve product for me?
We cannot reserve any product that has not been paid for.
How can I pay?
We accept payment via Wire or ACH payments. If you would prefer to pay through this method, please let us know and we will assist you. We also accept credit card payments through Paypal, however a 2% fee will be applied to the invoice.
I am an international buyer, can I pay through Paypal?
We only accept wire payments from international clients.
How are invoices handled?
Once the order is placed, an invoice will be sent to your email address within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. An invoice will be included as a packing slip in all orders unless specifically requested otherwise.
How do I return a product?
We do value our client’s satisfaction. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if you experience any issues and we’ll get a return setup for you. Returns will not be accepted past 7 days of the date of delivery or for buyer’s remorse.
Who pays for shipping?
The buyer pays for shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, however shipping must be arranged by the buyer.
I have a special request regarding shipping or packing of my order, can you honor it?
